Cruz support
Help with pairing, sessions, and remote controls.
Connect your devices
- Install the Mac companion on the Mac running your agents.
- Open Cruz on your iPhone and choose to add a Mac.
- Scan the code displayed by the Mac companion and compare the verification codes.
- Open a supported session and check that its current output is readable.
A session is reconnecting
Check that the source Mac is awake and Cruz is running. Confirm the phone can reach that Mac through the configured network. Reopen the session to refresh its history.
A send has an unknown outcome
Check the original conversation before sending the same instruction again. The message may already have reached the agent. Let Cruz reconcile the recorded action instead of guessing from a missing reply.
A conversation is read-only
Some connections expose history without an action channel. Read-only does not mean the agent has stopped. Use its original interface for controls that Cruz does not offer.
Remove a pairing
Use Remove Mac on the iPhone. On the Mac, use Unpair iPhone in Cruz. These actions do not delete the original provider conversation.

Include your app versions and a short description. Leave API keys, pairing codes, private conversations, and sensitive files out of the email.
